Returns & Exchanges

  • We've just started off and managing returns is tedious for us. Hence, unfortunately, we do not accept returns/refunds on orders once placed. However, we offer exchange and store credit under special circumstances like,
Product (s) delivered is inaccurate than the one ordered or
Product (s) delivered is damaged on receipt.
  • We request you to look through the pictures and read up about the product before placing an order. If at all, there could be very lighting changes in the product as from the photographed pieces. In case of any queries about the product or how to go about styling it, before placing an order; feel free to reach out to us at +91 9236532995 or hellonaksa@gmail.com. We'll be happy to answer all your questions.
  • In case of claiming missing items, wrong orders, or damaged products; please report immediately after delivery to us at +91 9236532995. Any report for such cases made after 24 Hrs (After Delivery) will not be entertained. An unboxing video would help us resolve this case in the best way.

Naksa builds on a simple truth: none of us is just one thing anymore. As the world grows closer through travel, the internet, and cultural exchange, our identities have become layered and fluid.

To us, this is fusion.

Not a mix of “modern and traditional,” but the reality of how we live now, many influences meeting inside one person, without the need to choose. This worldview shapes everything we create.

And while many worlds shape us, one anchors us: India. Hindustan. Bharat.

Our aesthetic draws deeply from Indian craft, symbolism, and emotion, even as it expands into global sensibilities.

This spirit is something Nandini, our founder, grew up with long before she had the words for it.

Raised in Varanasi, inside a jewellery family steeped in tradition yet surrounded by women ahead of their time, a mother who built her own footing, grandmothers who celebrated the birth of a granddaughter in a world that often didn’t, she learned early that identity has no fixed borders.

Today, as “many worlds in one” becomes a shared global truth, India is not just part of this shift; it is leading it.

People everywhere are seeking warmth, colour, craft, and depth in what they wear, and the Indian-fusion aesthetic resonates far beyond our borders.

This is the landscape we are building: a fusion multiverse, shaped by India and from India, open to everyone and always expanding.
